Sorry! Calculated wrongly earlier. Found out that [pack prices+shipping to US + shipping to SG] can't excceed 400SGD. For Vpost to SG, 2kg =shipping around SGD30, 3kg = shipping SGD40. So for safetly have to leave that space yeah D:
ETA: on the preorder site it says around 10 days for it to arrive to the US Add after release date. After that I'm not too sure how long it'll take to get to SG though, I'll check with my friend since she does quite abit of such stuffs.
